Umpires' Courses
2009/2010
During 2009/2010 Wiltshire plans to run three of the new ECB ACO Level 1 courses. ECB have now taken over the organisation and delivery of all Officials courses and the Wiltshire Cricket Board have come in line with this and had prospective tutors upskilled so that we are now in a position to deliver up to date courses.
With this in mind Wiltshire will be delivering their three courses on the following dates and times:
Course 1
Sunday 4, 18, 25 October @ Stanley Park Sports Ground, Chippenham - 09.30 - 16.30
Course 2
Sunday 15, 22, 29 November @ Marlborough Cricket Club, Marlborough - 09.30 - 16.30
Course 3
Sunday 17, 24, 31 January @ Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury - 09.30 - 16.30
These courses will cover the following plus much much more.
- All 42 Laws of Cricket
- ECB Directives on Bowling Restrictions
- Helmets and Fielding Restrictions for young players

2008/2009
During 2008/2009 Wiltshire recently successfully delivered two of the new ACO Level 1 courses with 28 candidates passing the exam.
