Pete Sykes - Wiltshire Cricket Development Manager
Pete heads up the Wiltshire Cricket Development team and is also a company director. His main roles involve the writing and overall monitoring of all strategic documents and he is also responsible for budget management across all Wiltshire Cricket projects and programmes of work. Pete line manages all other members of the Wiltshire Cricket team and is also the main point of contact for all Wiltshire Cricket associations as well as being responsible for club development across the county.
Pete has been in the position of Cricket Development Manager since February 2009 before which he was employed as the Cricket Development Officer for the county. Pete came into the world of Cricket Development straight from University where he completed a degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter. Pete is also an ECB Club Coach and qualified tutor and assessor.

Ali Goddard - Wiltshire Cricket Development Officer
Ali's main responsibilities as Cricket Development Officer are for Chance to Shine and Coach Education. He is responsible for the planning and monitoring of these two areas of work but also gets involved in other areas of Cricket Development to support other members of the Wiltshire Cricket team. This has included taking on the responsibility for all invoicing and accounting procedures, due to his previous career as an accountant.
Ali has been in his role since April 2009 and since this time has expanded his role within Cricket outside of just Wiltshire. As a qualifed tutor, assessor and Field Based Trainer he has supported many other counties with their Coach Education programmes and he also been recently appointed as the national summer camp director for Chance to Shine. An ECB Level 3 coach, Ali previosuly ran his own coaching company prior to his employment with Wiltshire Cricket.

Alan Crouch - Wiltshire Head of Performance

As Head of Performance Alan is responsible for all aspects of boys representative cricket across the county. This involves planning for and supporting coaches with the delivery of district and county winter coaching programmes as well as monitoring the performances of all age group players during the summer. Alan himself is head coach of the Wiltshire Academy and Wiltshire Under 15 age groups. The Head of Performance role also involves managing and coaching on the Emerging Player Programme through which Alan facilitates links with first class counties for those players involved with the programme.
Alan has been in this position since December 2007 but was previously employed as a Cricket Development Officer for the county when Cricket Boards were incepted in the 1990s. Prior to working full time in Cricket Alan was head of PE at Devizes School and Director of Sport at Rossall School, Lancs. Alan is a very experienced ECB tutor and assessor and is also one of a handful of ECB Level 4 coaches in the country.

Lisa Keightley - Wiltshire Head of Women and Girls Development

Lisa is responsible for driving participation in and improving the quality and structure of all aspects of women and girls cricket across the county. This involves coaching in schools to improve school to club links and organising competition at both school and club level with a particular focus on improving the quality of cricket played at club level in the Wiltshire Girls Youth League. Lisa is also responsible for all aspects of girls representative cricket across the county meaning she coaches on and organises all girls winter coaching programmes. During the summer Lisa is always head coach for 2 out of the 4 county age group sides that Wiltshire runs.
Lisa's role with Wiltshire Cricket began in 2009 but prior to working in England she was the Head Womens coach for Cricket Australia and was employed by New South Wales as the Female High Performance coach. Since being in England Lisa has got involved in supporting England academy programmes and now holds a permanent position as ECB Academy coach. In her playing days Lisa played 9 test matches and 82 one day internationals for Australia.
