Wiltshire Cricket OSCAs and Youth Presentation Evening

Wiltshire Cricket will be holding a combined evening at the end of this season to celebrate the successes of the youth county players and also that of volunteers around the county.

The joint event will be held at the Corn Exchange in Devizes on Friday 9th September starting at 7.30pm with over 200 people expected to be in attendance.

Youngsters from the representative age groups will be in attendance and players will get awards for performances throughout the year and also the managers player of the year will be recognised. Competition is high this year also for overall Wiltshire Player of the year as there have been some fantastic performances throughout the age groups.

Alongside the celebration of the youth teams will also be the presentation of the Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards (OSCAs 2011) this is celebrating the unsung heroes and volunteers of Wiltshire Cricket. There will be 7 awards being given out on the evening under the following catergories -

Young Volunteer
Officials Award
NatWest CricketForce
Lifetime Achiever
Leagues and Boards
Building Partnerships

The regional winners will go foward to represent Wiltshire in the national OSCAs at Lord's in October.
