All junior squads receive 10 weeks of coaching over the winter these programmes run from January to April. In addition to the winter coaching, all squads have additional friendlies built into the programme to provide more match opportunities and experience.
Wiltshire Women and Girls sides are seeing a huge improvement in terms of results and quality of cricket year on year and this is no surprise to the WCL after the appointment of Lisa Keightley.
