Young Storm Champions Course (14 – 17 years)
Wiltshire Cricket & Western Storm are once again looking for enthusiastic girls aged between 14 and 17 who would like to take the first steps on the road to a future as a coach, umpire or official whilst also becoming an inspiring role model for others. In order to build upon the number of female role models already in place at clubs across the region, Western Storm are partnering with Cricket Boards and Foundations across the South West to deliver the Young Storm Champions programme.
Girls who sign up to the Young Storm Champions course will develop an understanding of how they can support coaching sessions at their club and be a role model to younger girls as well as learning the basics of umpiring and scoring. Plus, they will all receive lots of Western Storm “goodies”.
