Clubs get ready for delivery of 2025 National Programmes (All Stars and Dynamos)

All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket will be returning to Wiltshire in 2025 with lots of exciting updates to both programmes. Clubs are now invited to start completing their checklists and creating their programmes ahead of the 2025 launch.

UPDATES FOR 2025

Prior to Christmas, the ECB held a national call that clubs were able to dial in to, and from which you were subsequently sent the slide deck. In case you missed this, please contact Pete Sykes or Aled Evans for the slide deck:

Some of the major updates from this call included:

  • Introduction of a new and improved digital system for 2025
  • New equipment supplier and return of a club shop
  • Updated curriculum activities
  • New marketing campaigns and assets
  • A change to the national RRP for All Stars and Dynamos

ACCESSING THE NEW DIGITAL SYSTEM: CLUBSPARK ENGAGE:

We are delighted to see that many clubs have now accessed and set themselves up on the new Clubspark Engage portal. This is the portal being used to complete your club checklist, create your programmes, and is the system through which your activators will also need to complete their activator checklists.

For ease of reference, you can access the new Clubspark Engage Portal via:

https://ecb.clubspark.uk/admin

All lead administrators and club activators were sent details of how to login to the new system on 23rd January.

WHAT DO CLUBS NEED TO DO NOW – COMPLETE YOUR ORGANISATION CHECKLIST

Please login to Clubspark- https://ecb.clubspark.uk/admin . You will then need to complete your ‘Organisation Checklist’, this includes:

  1. Register your Club – This is a simple tick box exercise.
  2. Connect a Stripe Account – Add or confirm your club bank details so payments can hit the account when people signup.
  3. Safeguarding – Upload club CSO Safe Hands certificate, this must be in date (3-year expiration).
  4. First Aid – Upload a First Aid certificate of someone who will be onsite for sessions, this must be in date (3-year expiration). This can be a course attended through an employer, it doesn’t have to be from one of our courses.
  5. Liability Insurance – All we need to see is that your club has £5,000,000 Public and £10,000,000 Employers Liability cover. If your certificate is due to expire before the start of your programme please don’t worry, just upload it for now.
  6. Key Club Contact – Please ensure this contact is correct as they will receive all updates and key information. They will also be the public facing contact when people are looking to sign up to programmes.
  7. Add Activators – This is very important and an urgent one. The ECB have tightened up, meaning if clubs do not have a ‘fully compliant Activator’, they will not be visible on the post finder when programmes go live to the public. Please ensure you check through your existing Activator list and check they are ‘registered’. You can remove non active Activators by clicking on their profile and removing their roles. Once you do this, they will be removed from the system. If Activators are not showing as registered, you can ‘invite’ them. Please ensure all Activators work through their ‘Activator Checklist’. This involves 4 elements:
  • ECB DBS This can be done through the link provided in this section. You can also verify yourself if you already have an ECB DBS.
  • National Programmes eLearning course – This is an online module that can completed in approx. 25 mins.
  • National Programmes Initial Activator Training – This is the face-to-face training, by registering for a course, that will temporarily make this element compliant. Attendance would be required and once we complete the register on completion of the course, the Activator would be compliant.
  • ECB Safeguarding for Coaches and Activators – This is an online Safeguarding module that can completed in approx. 25 mins.

Please remember, if your club does not have at least one fully compliant Activator, your programmes will be ‘disabled’ therefore you will not be visible on the public domain post coder finder. This an ECB position for 2025.

NEW CLUBS – PROCESS:

  • You should then see a range of buttons to click, including All Stars, Dynamos, and holiday camp options for both programmes
