Understanding Our Volunteers - 2020 Volunteer Survey from ECB
This is a message on behalf of ECB regarding the 2020 Volunteer Survey that is currently running.
It would be very much appreciated if clubs could forward this email to anyone who volunteers at your club, encouraging them to complete the survey as the results will be really helpful in shaping future strategies for engaging with and supporting volunteers across all aspects of our game. Volunteers are the heart and foundation of cricket and we love hearing the inspiring stories of individuals within your county who are doing amazing things to grow the game and bring more people into the sport. As we at the ECB start to develop our wider Volunteer Strategy, understanding how volunteers feel will help us to shape the strategy and the ECB’s plans for the future of volunteering in cricket.
We would hugely value you taking the time to share this link with any volunteers within your cricket network and across your social channels.
