All Stars Cricket returns for 2020
All Stars Cricket, ECB's fantastic programme for 5 to 8 year old children will be running at reduced capacity and at a reduced number of centres this summer.
All Stars Cricket provides a fantastic first experience for all children aged 5-8 years old where they are guaranteed 8 weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development. The programme is designed to introduce children to the sport, teaching them new skills, helping them make new friends and have a great time doing so.
Every child that registers will receive a backpack full of goodies. Your child’s pack will include:
- Backpack
- Cricket bat
- Cricket ball
- Personalised shirt with your child’s name
- Cap
In normal summers, All Stars has taken place at over 30 centres in Wiltshire with over 1000 children attending the programme in recent years. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and the lockdown, all programmes planned for this summer were unable to start on time and whilst the programme is now able to re-commence many clubs have taken the decision to cancel their programmes for this year with a view to re-starting in 2021. However, there are a handful of clubs that will be running the programme in what is left of the summer and whilst there are restrictions on total numbers at each session there are still spaces at a number of different centre.
