Wiltshire Youth Cricket League 2026 season entries are now open!

Following recent feedback at the the Wiltshire Youth Cricket League end of season meeting alongside the consultation survey results we are pleased to present clubs and players with the Youth League structure and competitions available for 2026.

These have been developed directly from club feedback and are aimed at providing as many young players as possible with the opportunity to play, enjoy and participate in games at a level that is appropriate for them.

We now ask that clubs please take some time to read through the League Structure to ensure you are entering your teams in the most suitable competition for them based on the ethos & values of the league alongside your team’s ability & club aims.

The 2026 rules have also been created from feedback and are aligned to the ECB Spirit of Cricket and Wiltshire Cricket Ltd values of Ambition, Respect and Fairness. We are open and willing to listen to further comment from clubs and amend rules if the majority agree – after all this league is run for you and your players. At this stage we have not included the Under 19 rules as we will be giving clubs the opportunity to agree the format in the New Year.

Entering competitions in 2026

Club Junior coordinators will have received an email from Lisa Farr on Thursday 13th November providing a link to the entry form for competitions in 2026.

The deadline for submission is Friday 12^th December. We are hoping to get the draft fixtures out at the beginning of February, where there will be a further chance to amend your entries before the league is finalised.
