ECB and Wiltshire Cricket's Grassroots Cricket Collective Awards 2026 - NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN!

Introducing the Grassroots Cricket Collective Awards

The Cricket Collective Awards are the recreational game’s annual celebration of the volunteers, young leaders, clubs, and community groups who keep the grassroots game thriving week in, week out

The awards champion the individuals whose dedication, passion, and energy make cricket possible, whether they’re running weekly coaching sessions, supporting young players, maintaining grounds, welcoming new members, or working tirelessly behind the scenes to create inclusive and enjoyable club environments.

A look back to the 2025 Grassroots Cricket Awards in Wiltshire

In 2025, Wiltshire Cricket was delighted to recognise winners across all of the Grassrooots Cricket Awards categories at a celebration event at a Metro Bank One Day cup fixture in Bristol.

Through the email below we are sharing details of how your club can nominate some of your amazing volunteers for recognition through this year’s awards.

The 2026 Grassroots Cricket Collective Categories

There are 13 award categories this year, covering everything from coaching and young leaders to community impact and off - field support. Whatever someone contributes, there’s a place to recognise them.

Nominate someone from your club!

We now really urge as many clubs as possible to think about those amazing volunteers from your club, who would be fully deserving of recognition via one of the above categories. In doing this, perhaps take a look at the winners from previous years to see some of the volunteers we have already been able to recognise.

If you would like to nominate someone from your club, association or networks for a Grassroots Cricket Collective Award please note that the Wiltshire Cricket deadline for nominations is 5pm on Monday 29th June. Following this, a panel of Wiltshire Cricket Board and Staff members will be meeting to review nominations ahead of inviting a shortlist who will be invited to a presentation of our awards at the event below. Additionally, winners will be submitted to the ECB for considerations in the national awards.
