Wiltshire Cricket is pleased to launch its invitation to tender for the award of the contract of official cricket ball supplier to Wiltshire Cricket Limited (WCL).
WCL’s aim is to appoint a reliable supplier that can provide good-quality cricket balls at competitive prices, with strong customer service, on-time delivery and clear reporting.
With Wiltshire Cricket Limited now directly administering more cricket than ever before we see this as a great opportunity to enter in to a formal partnership with an approved ball supplier, which will cover all of the cricket that we directly manage and administer.
Attached to this message (at top of page) is an Invitation to tender document containing all of the information you should need to submit a tender, should this opportunity be of interest to you.
You will see from the invitation that we are happy to accept tender responses, either via the provided tender response template or through submission of your own tender response design.
Key timeframes related to the tender process are as follows:
- Tender submissions – by Friday 14th August 2026, 5pm
- Shortlisting and notification of outcome of tender submissions – w/c 17th August 2026
- Interviews with shortlisted companies – w/c 7th September 2026
